One thing is for sure multivitamins is designed to make us healthy and strong.
Recent researh findings show that mutivitamins may also protect you from getting cancer, HIV and a lot more hard to cure diseases.
The best move for you to do is to get these vitamins in a multivitamin formula so as to make sure that it is balanced. It is true that there are some vitamins you need to take higher dosage than usual but there are also some disadvantages in this. Furthermore, just a minor defficiency of the nutrients you need might result to a much fateful consequence.
